Between Erasure and Co-Memoration

The international seminar "Tracemaking Border Deaths between Erasure and Co-Memoration" will be held from September 19 to 23 at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research in Zagreb. The co-organizers of the seminar are Marijana Hameršak, Ph.D. (Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research), and Sanja Horvatinčić, Ph.D. (Institute of Art History).

The seminar is part of the program of the working group "Traces and Social Justice" which has been, as part of the COST campaign TRACTS coordinated by Sanja Horvatinčić since 2021.

The extended part of the seminar program is financed by the funds of the

European Union – NextGenerationEU, through the project DIGitART – Digital network, spatial and (con)textual analysis of artistic phenomena and heritage of the 20th century.
